Multipoint VariDome
The VariDome is a multipoint doming machine that will produce 11,000 domed labels per day. It uses bulk resin which is automatically fed to the machine so you can dome high volumes of labels without stopping. Clean up is easily. Just remove the multipoint mix nozzle, wipe the head clean and put on the night cap. No solvents are needed for cleaning. Quick and Easy Cleaning. No solvents are need to clean the machine since it uses a disposable plastic mixer which is throw away after doming. Just wipe the head and put on the night cap and the machine is ready to by used next time. Rotary Dispensing with gear pumps.Exactly the same high quality Rotary dispensing system used in our more expensive machines. This system is both more accurate, and much faster, than the piston or peristaltic systems used by some other manufacturers. Solid All Metal Build Quality.It is a solidly built piece of quality engineering. All working parts (inside and out) are in steel, brass, bronze, aluminum, or other metals.
