Hand Doming Kits offer a starting point to doming your own labels. The
cartridge is a duel syringe with resin in one side and the hardener in the other
side. A special gun pushes out both the resin and harden at the same time
through a mix tube and on to the label to be domed. The resin flows
to the edge of the label
 and simple surface tension keeps the resin on the
label, once dried you have a 3d resin Domed label. The dome or lens
hardens in a few hours and can be sent to the customer the next day.
As the picture
shows, doming the labels is just a mater of pouring the correct amount of the
mixed resin on to the labels. The labels must be on a flat plate which is
level so the dome thickness is the same all over the label. Doming is
done on adhesive backed vinyl or polyester media and directly on other nonporous substrates.
50 ml Hand Doming Cartridge
Kit
 Resin 50 ml cartridges are packaged in a starter kit and a refill kit. The
starter Doming Kit contains 12 - 50 ml cartridges, 12 – 50 ml static mix
tubes, 1 dispensing gun, and 1 bubble breaking heat gun, three pairs of
protective gloves and instruction manual. A 50 ml Refill Package is available,
with 18 - 50 ml resin cartridges and 18 mix tubes.
